We have been made aware of a phishing email that is currently being circulated. The message typically contains text similar to:

"I hope you're doing well today.
I wanted to ask if you might be available to assist the board with a matter today.
Please let me know if you're able to help, and I will be happy to share further details."

This email is fraudulent and is designed to trick recipients into responding and engaging with the sender. These types of messages often impersonate senior leaders or board members and may later request gift cards, payments, sensitive information, or other urgent actions.

Please do not:

• Reply to the email
• Click on any links
• Open any attachments
• Share personal or organisational information

If you receive this message:

1. Report it as phishing using your email reporting tool or notify IT immediately.
2. Delete the email from your inbox.
3. If you have already responded, contact IT or your security team as soon as possible.

Always verify unexpected requests through a known and trusted communication channel before taking any action.
