Our Simulation Training for Healthcare Educators course is designed to immerse you in the dynamic world of healthcare simulation—helping you design, implement, and lead powerful learning experiences that truly make a difference.
Throughout this hands-on program, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the educational principles behind healthcare simulation and learn how to integrate simulation sessions into both health and interprofessional training programs. Guided by experienced facilitators, you’ll create and run your own scenarios—whether with high-fidelity mannequins or professional patient actors—and master the art of conducting impactful debriefings that foster reflection and growth.
You’ll also explore the research and evidence supporting simulation-based education, giving you the tools to evaluate and advance your own practice.
