This EM Monthly webinar is organised by EUSEM Global EM education and training subgroup and is targeted at:

• humanitarian and disaster management engaged people
• Disaster coordinators and trainers

After watching the webinar, participants will have achieved the following objectives: 

• Recognize how experiences and practical strategies from confl ict and disaster in low and middle-resource settings can inform emergency preparedness and training in high-resource healthcare systems.
• Explore opportunities for system collaboration and bi-directional learning between low and high-resource settings to improve resilience and preparedness in emergency care systems.
