This EM Monthly webinar is organised by the EUSEM Wellbeing Working Group and focuses on key aspects of shiftwork in Emergency Medicine. The learning objectives are to:

  • Outline the current state of shiftwork in Emergency Medicine, including variations in culture and practice

  • Explain the impact of shiftwork on health and wellbeing

  • Identify coping strategies to mitigate the negative effects of shiftwork on wellbeing

The programme will be moderated by Dr Eric Heymann and Dr Megan Kemnitz and includes the following sessions:
