Personal history and reason for inquiry:

-          ECG: Atrial fibrillation to 140 lpm with complete left bundle branch block not known.

 

Evolution:

The patient is stabilized previously the hospital transfer beginning treatment with digoxin IV as well as mechanical ventilation not invasive.
