Objectives

Leadership skills are crucially important for senior clinicians in the ED. A successful and rewarding career demands detailed knowledge of leadership strategies and techniques.

The expert EUSEM Faculty of senior and highly experienced leaders, produced in conjunction with the UK Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, will discuss the science of leadership and provide scenarios to illustrate these principles in day to day ED practice.
