Empower ED Women: A Global Emergency Medicine Summit - 5 May
The American College of Emergency Physicians and the European Society for Emergency Medicine are delighted to announce the Empower ED Women: A Global Emergency Medicine Summit.
This virtual summit will be hosted on 5 May from 14:30 to 16:30 CEST.
The objective of the summit is to discuss the challenges and issues that women face in Emergency departments. World renowned experts have been invited to discuss wellbeing, leadership, career development and research. Participants will be encouraged to be actively involved in the discussions through the breakout sessions and the panel discussion.
Dr. Cherri Hobgood will present a keynote lecture on women's leadership, discussing how women become leaders, sustain their leadership ethos, and address the barriers and challenges to advancement.
