The SSEP 2026 Congress – 11th International Congress of DLUMS is one of the region’s most important professional events in emergency medicine. It brings together leading experts, lecturers, and practitioners from Serbia and abroad to exchange knowledge, share experience, and present the latest developments in emergency medical care.
Over three days, participants will take part in plenary lectures by international experts, thematic sessions and workshops, scientific and professional paper presentations, and panel discussions. The congress also offers valuable opportunities for networking with colleagues and partners from across the emergency medicine community.
Traditionally, the congress gathers emergency physicians, specialists from various medical fields, medical technicians, researchers, educators, and professionals involved in emergency care.
The program focuses on improving emergency medical practice, sharing experience between domestic and international experts, presenting new protocols, technologies, and therapeutic approaches, strengthening the regional emergency medicine network, and supporting the education of young physicians and students.
Congress topics include resuscitation, trauma care, toxicology, pediatric emergency medicine, emergency cardiology, neurological emergencies, prehospital medicine, mass casualty incidents, and contemporary challenges in organizing emergency medical services.
