The X Symposium on acute cardiology and emergency medicine will be held as “Charité meets FINLAND” addressing ongoing specialization and digital health and how this influences acute and emergency care. Specifically, in rural areas, digital health solutions including remote patient management offer advantages which may also account for the unmet need of enough specialists in most emergency settings. Finland has an advanced Emergency Specialization, large rural areas and advanced digital solutions.
