The EUSEM Ultrasound Section will host an Emergency ultrasound course in Izola, Slovenia from 11 to 12 May 2023. This course is aimed at Emergency medicine doctors, nurse and trainees, who want to learn about the fundamentals of ultrasonography and how to incorporate common findings in everyday clinical practice.
Two topics will be covered:
1) How to utilise Ultrasound in Shock
2) How to approach abdominal pain with Ultrasound in the Emergency Department
For each topic, a number of cases will be presented and delegates will learn through hands on sessions on how to address these cases using ultrasound.
The course is limited to 50 delegates.
